Vhon Tanto may one of the first person to face death penalty under Duterte administration.

The Duterte administration is very serious about the revival of the death penalty in the Philippines.

If Death Penalty have been implemented again, the suspect in the Quiapo Road Rage Slay that have the named Vhon Tanto. He is responsible for killing a cyclist named Mark Vincent Gande and injuring Rocel Bondoc on Monday. If it have been proven by the court he may become the first people that will face the Death Penalty.

As said by the witnesses, Vhon tanto brutally killed Grande by shooting him 5 times.

One of the supporters of President Duterte said "Crimes like this is the reason why we must implement the death penalty again in the Philippines, to strike fear to all the criminals".

President Duterte and Senator Manny Pacquiao believes that implementing the Death Penalty by hanging is the most humane way to kill a criminal and have been said by the bible.
