We just got word from Hyundai Philippines. They politely declined to provide information regarding the Eon's ownership. For one, they worry that the owner may not be the same person as the suspect. For another, this is a criminal incident, so they'd rather provide said information to the proper authorities (if summoned). Fair enough
The Manila Police District's (MPD) Station 3 said it is now coordinating with the Land Transportation Office to identify the owner of a red Hyundai Eon with conduction plate M03746.
